The bouquet was beautiful as was the red vase. The arrangement was a bit small than expected though. The delivery was prompt and we didn't have anyone needing to call regarding it. The flowers were fresh and healthy.

I chose the splendid in red premium bouquet for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. I understand the limitations sometimes with delivery to a small town and that substitutions may be necessary with the bouquet and vase. I was not happy that the bouquet had more tulips than roses and carnations and that the vase was not the same outstanding red one I had selected on-line. I had hoped the delivery would look exactly like what splendid in red is on-line.

The bouquet was very pretty, it contained the flowers that I was expecting and it was appropriate for the occasion (Valentines Day). My wife loved the flowers.
However, the arrangement did not come in a red vase as pictured and it didn't have as many flowers as there are pictured on the website. It was heavy on the greenery "filler" stuff and light on the flowers.
Tried to place the order over the phone but that was impossible - the woman I spoke with did not speak English very well and after 20 miserable, unproductive and frustrating minutes on the phone I gave up and placed the order online. That worked fine.

I gave my daughter a bouquet of flowers this year for Valentines instead of chocolates again as I did last year. My daughter was so surprised and impressed by the flowers that she sent me a picture to show me how pretty they were. The bouquet was a beautiful full bouquet that had fresh flowers, nothing damaged, broken or droopy. I would definitely send my dauther a bouquet again next year because of the freshness of the flowers, the beautiful arrangement and how excited my daughter was receiving the flowers. I was asked to give a review.

I've used Teleflora in the past and had good comments from recipients, but this is the first time I actually got to see the product. I sent the bouquet to a relative in the hospital, then visited them 2 days later. The bouquet was lovely, just as advertised online. I'm a fan!
